Privacy Policy

RazumAI (Разум) is a web platform for marketplace sellers, operated by ИП Мячина Валерия Александровна (TIN 632309303899, OGRNIP 322631200174151). The platform provides an AI assistant that answers questions about the user's own business data. Contact: onescreen@mail.ru.

The authoritative version of this policy is the Russian one, available at razum.onescreen.tech/privacy. This English edition covers the same practices.

The Google Sheets integration is optional. It is connected by the user and can be disconnected at any time. If a user never connects it, nothing in this section applies to them.

What we access and why:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — to read the spreadsheet whose link the user pasted into the chat and to write values back into it when the user explicitly asks for it in the conversation. Both actions happen only in response to a direct user request.
• openid, email — to show which Google account is connected in the user's account settings and to let them switch accounts.

We do not request any other Google scopes and we do not use the Google Drive API.

What we store. The OAuth tokens for the connected account (encrypted) and the account email address. We do not create a copy of the spreadsheet and we do not synchronise it — the requested sheet is read at the moment the user asks a question. The fragment that was read remains only where the user expects to see it: in their own conversation history (until they delete the chat) and in an internal request log that is purged automatically after 30 days.

Who the data is shared with.To answer the user's question, a fragment of the sheet content is sent to the language model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI and others, depending on the model the user selected) solely to produce the answer inside that conversation. Google user data is not sold, not shared with any other third parties, and never used for advertising or profiling.

How long we keep it and how it is deleted.Tokens are kept only while the connection exists. When the user clicks "Disconnect", deletes their platform account, or revokes access on Google's side, the tokens are deleted from our database, not merely marked inactive. Spreadsheet fragments stored in the conversation history are deleted together with the chat; the internal request log is purged automatically after 30 days.

How the data is protected. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted; access to the application requires authentication, and every user only ever sees their own connection. The authorization flow uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and a state parameter; tokens never reach the browser.

AI/ML training restrictions.Data obtained from Google APIs is not used and not transferred to any third party to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models — neither by us nor by the language model providers we use: requests are made through their APIs, where the transmitted data is not used for training. The only purpose of this data is to produce the answer inside the user's own conversation.

Limited Use. Разум's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to revoke access.In the platform: Account → Integrations → "Disconnect" (we revoke the token on Google's side as well). Alternatively, on the Google account permissions page.

Besides Google account data, we process the account data a user provides when registering (name, email address, phone number, Telegram handle), the content of their conversations with the assistant, and the files they upload for analysis. This data is used to provide the service, to bill it, and to support the user — and is never sold or used for advertising.

Users may request confirmation of processing, the purposes and methods of processing, the retention periods, and the deletion of their data by writing to onescreen@mail.ru. Deleting the platform account removes the associated conversations, uploaded files and Google OAuth tokens.
